ICF Certified Coach Training

An essential aspect of your coaching career is training for and attaining your professional ICF accreditation. We made the entire ICF certified coach training process as simple and straightforward as possible for you.

Your Commitment to Coaching

Obtaining your ICF (International Coach Federation) coach certification demonstrates your commitment to the coaching profession to potential customers and builds your industry-wide credibility. Some reasons why certification of coaching is essential:

  • 84% of customers value certification as a professional quality assurance standard
  • Certified coaches have higher incomes than non-certified coaches
  • Clients who work with certified coaches report better satisfaction and are more likely to recommend their coaches to others

The ICF ensures the experience of life coaches, business coaches and executive coaches, reliable professionals who comply with a strict code of ethics by regulating coach training standards, skills and core competencies. ICF offers three levels of coaching certification-ACC, PCC and MCC and you can read on this page about each level below.

As a globally recognised and ICF-accredited coach training organisation, Erickson's coach training programmes are considered to exceed the International Coach Federation (ICF) strict standards and to produce extremely qualified coaches.
